Odd route.... super mega high first clip and no anchor system at the top, save for the one 35 ft to the opposing side. I understand that the route continue, however, how else do you get to the other lines off the ledge? Oh well...

You can make a gear anchor to belay your second.

I am not sure if this used to top out. It is very difficult to top out because of a pine hanging over the last bolt. You can lower off the the last two bolts(there are biners on them). Then try to a clean this route or ask someone nicely if your buddy could follow it to clean. It is a nice route but the fact that it angles a lot, has a dead tree on it, and a bootleg descent. Leads me to say "skip it".

the first bolt is high, but the climbing is easy (5.7?). once you gain the ledge there is a single bolt w/ biners on it to bring up your 2nd.

this route is pretty neat. tough move around the first bolt after the ledge and then great holds and nice movement. if it had anchors and was more acessable it would be a popular route.

Updated the anchor and last few bolts, so the tree is no longer an issue. Another classic Johnny route!
