Your belayer may need an umbrella and a helmet - dirt and the occasional hold rain off this route - may be harder than 9+ when it cleans up.

a bit tougher than a 5.10a, considering that half of the holds break off. be careful if you try climbing around the arete, those rocks don't hold up at all

I pulled about 50 pounds of rock off that route about a week after it was put up. Haven't touched it since.
