TL;DR. A draw at the top of Paradise Regained is rusted and should probably be replaced. A few weeks ago my friend and I climbed Paradise Regained. At the top we both clipped down a few draws because our rope would probably not reach to the bottom of the canyon. As I was lowering I heard somewhat of an unsettling noise from the last draw I had back clipped through. When I got down I told the person I was with and they didn't really think it would be anything serious. After my friend had been trying Lucifer for awhile, he told me that the rope was completely core shot and to lower him. When he got down we were shocked to see that the sheath was ripped open; especially since the rope was fairly new. We weren't sure what it was from but I'm almost certain it was from the draw on PR. I don't know if you guys can do anything about the old draws at the top, but I would hate for someone to get hurt.

So you guys are working Lucifer and Paradise Regained and can't figure out how to pull and/or replace a bad draw? Or are just asking someone else to do it because you are no longer in the area?
