Begin on the ledge right of Angry Birds and head up a ramp to gain consistent climbing with decent rests. Pace yourself and save enough juice to enjoy the last 20 feet of excellent climbing that makes it all worthwhile. Apparently climbers have discovered a lay-down no hands rest before the final crux. 12d? Time will tell.
Moves: Bouldery

This route isn't 90 feet of jug pulling to 10 feet of hard climbing. It's 90 feet of pretty tough climbing to 10 feet of hard climbing with a smack down evil last move to the chains. If you aren't afraid of a couple of sandy ledges then get on it.

This has cleaned up nice. Very little sand on the ledges, never broke a hold. Good stuff.

Replaced the seventh draw on this yesterday 2/4, it was looking kinda junky. Hid the old draw in a shelf under a rock with a chalk dot on it, behind the rock with "angry birds" inscribed on it if the owner wants it back.

I pulled a carininer off the anchor that was about 75% worn through and I replaced it with a non steel one. If someone is up there and can replace it with a stainless steel one that would be good.

Pulled 1st 2 draws on this. Put at ClimbTech PD on the second. Draws are at the base if you want them. Please place and pull your own first draw. I'll either get some chain or extended pds for some of the longer slinged/aluminum draws.

The climbtech PD on the 4th bolt is worn and has a sharp edge; there is currently an aluminum QD on this bolt as well. The 5th bolt has a junky looking long blue sling. I would be happy to donate some American dollars if someone can replace these.

I have pds for it, but needed to order some longer cables. Message me if you want to put them up... Thx Ian

Replaced sharp perma at 3rd bolt

Thanks for the new glue in bolts on this route. Today I removed 8 of the 9 old bolts but the 6th bolt had a larger quick link on the perma that was too big for my 9/16 wrench. And sorry I didn't switch over the anchor gear either. I was getting wet at that point with all the water coming off the top of the cliff today. I left the old bolts at the base.

Great, thanks for the work!

The quick-link below the crux with the two little pockets is corroded and has a big ol' groove--looks like it'll snap in half soon. Was scared to whip on it. The glue-in looks bitchin' tho.
climb2core said on July 21st, 2020
Maybe you could buy a quick link and fix it? Assuming you’re local as most summer climbers are.

Locals! Ha! It’s just one ass hole after another from ohio out here these days. Throw in some puke bags from Indiana too.

And now they're bringing their COVID.
Anonymous said on July 22nd, 2020
Whatever - everybody knows Ohio has the best COVID around - you want it.

As an Illinois dick bag I feel offended to not make the list.
