Well, let me put it this way--I would actually advise against climbing this one until the bolts are fixed. It has potential to be a decent 5.10 otherwise tho, if Jimmy Hoctor were to clean it for several days.

My payment for this route will be 6 six packs of actual beer. It looks that bad, plus it looks scary due to the bolts.

It hasn't cleaned up, but may be worth doing once. Rope drag can be managed by unclipping the 2nd after getting to the roof, and using a 24 inch runner below the roof.
