Some douchebag stole my biners off this the same week it was bolted, so it could use some 3/8" chain at anchor now if anyone's feeling generous.

Is there any reason why the 3rd bolt couldn't be placed so it would be possible to hang/clip it from the no-hands ledge? Sure, it is only couple moves to a great handjam that you could camp out and have a picnic on, while clipping the 3rd bolt... but this is a 10c? Bolts 3-4 and 4-5 are only barely 3 feet apart, so clearly the ledge fall potential was a concern. But IMO the fall before clipping the 3rd would be much worse, so I'm not sure why the 3rd bolt couldn't be placed lower... maybe there was a plan to put an extra bolt there, and that's why the bolt count is off?
