The third bolt spins. Might need a good tightening.

One bolt (maybe the 3rd, or the 4th, can't remember) was spinning again on Saturday. Tightened it.

The whole bolt may be spinning in the hole, the bolt should be replaced.

It seemed to tighten easily and readily, and looked good to me afterwards, but I am not an expert.

When I tightened them all on September 3rd, it spun in the hole about 10 turns before I put a quickdraw on it and used bodyweight pulling out on it to get it to catch the threads and not spin in the hole. I torqued it down to about 30 foot lbs and figured it was good to go, but obviously it's not if it is requiring tightening just 2 weeks later. It seems the problem will persist without replacement.
