Beware the runout after the 4th bolt. The climbing gets much easier, but it's groundfall potential going to the anchors.

I should have said groundfall potential going to the 5th bolt, not the anchors.

In Porter's book, I think he calls this a 10b.

Crux is at the 4th bolt... pretty nerve-wracking moves to each clip. Once you set a toprope, make sure to climb a very fun route 10' to the right!

In Porters book, he also calls Andromeda Strain a 10d.... soooo....uhhhhh......

If you deck on this going from the 4th to the 5th bolt you need to fire your belayer! It's a runout but decking from there would be pretty tough.

Stellar climb!! The only thing hard about pulling the lip is the lack of feet. I agree with someone, if you deck going from the 4th to the 5th you need a new belay!

fun route. techy and heady.

It was good! Yes it gets a little runout at that spot. The climbing is easy though. What looks like a ledgge is actually a slabby ramp, but there's definite holds and excellent ledges for feet. Fun crux, thin but not too tough.

Nice technical climbing down low to great stances and ledges up high. Pat yourself on the back if you on-sited this one... a great climb.

this was an epic for me. 3rd bolt clip was my crux with cobwebs all up in my face and a big-ass spider staring me down eyeball to eyeball. i managed to clip and hang on long enough to down climb a bit then went toe to toe with that brotha. once i got to the easy part at the top i thought i might actually puke myself right off the wall after all the drama! hell yizzel climbing can be fun! :-)
