This line shares the first bolt with Ro Shampo but continues off to the right past some horizontals. Climb through big moves and handjam rests to a boulder problem at the end.

eveyone disputes the grade of Ro Shampo, but this route is definitely not the same grade as Ro. Way harder crux. .12b

is the handjam rest at the last bolt? seems harder than 12a. the boulder problam at the top is harder than the bottom of stay the hand. 12b.

I agree with the 12b rating, that is what it is in the written guidebook as well. Either way, an awesome climb that is often overlooked.

Harder the stay or Ro for sure. Very fun boulder problem at the top!

i like the stay the hand analysis mcrib, but i think they are both about the same, of course one is at the top and one is at the bottom soo......12b

The bottom is probably easier than Ro Shampo (and even more fun). Last move crux is a killer

tic tac toe where do I go? Three different crimps to which I must throw. A hand jam rest? A boulder problem next, This rig- is better- than Ro...

may not be as classic as ro but it's a decent route that's worth a look.
