Dogs and Pets in General
To begin with I like dogs, I have several and have been fortunate to have had several wonderful canine companions over the years. I have asked that folks coming to Torrent not bring their dogs when they visit, while this may seem unfair listening to my barking mutts there is a reason. Prior to 2011 ...

Re: News re Muir Valley
For shame, I have only recently logged into this mess and I am appalled. Good god … give and give until it hurts. Preserve the land and it will be there for your children and beyond. Why would anyone question the motives … it is given. Why would anyone piss on past issues, we are over that. RRGCC vs...

Re: Bleed Red
Folks, there is no synthetic replacement ... there is nothing that stands in ... if it ain't there those in need die. It is as simple as that. You make plenty and will replace your donation within about 3 to 4 weeks. Sharp pointy objects are not that bad. Give, blood you make, organs you have made (...

Again the Asshole and "mouth of the holler" ... I do miss your absolutes and opinions. It has been many years and I still expect to see you dumping your pack and asking who wants to put up "?" and grabbing your draws and saying " since no ones' volunteered, I guess I have to do it" ... Thanks for ev...

Re: Which is better?
Again, moronic in nature ... STOP ... it's time to be adult and find a common ground. We gain nothing by this constant sniping and idiotic back biting. Muir is open, need we ask more, it's wonderful and a beautiful chunk of land ... the PMRP is open and, again, a wonderful chunk of land. Let it be. ...

There is no better, just different philosophies on land management. This shit needs to stop. There IS NO BETTER.

Re: COMPLETELY MANK Gear
1.) Be responsible for the gear you climb on. Any left gear is considered abandoned. Do not assume it is safe. 2.) Do Not "donate" any new aluminum gear to act as fixed gear for any route. DO pull any mank gear as you encounter it. 3.) Limit fully equipped stee1 gear to the very steep and chains/cle...

Re: Fixed Gear
I have been watching this thread with some degree of trepidation for some time now … apparently one goal is to close any privately owned cliff that does not conform to the vision of policing and rules regarding gear, fixed or otherwise, by means of the creation of a general standard for any and all ...

Re: How bad was it?
Rather say "how good was it" ... this is fund raising for your crags in the PMRP. May be a bit inconvenient but it's only one weekend a year. Would have given anything to be there "inconveniencing" you but I had other obligations ... wish you could be here.
