This is very similar to the trails around Cave Run. Amazing how horses shit Bud Light cans everywhere.

This used to be a great trail system in the past, but has increasingly suffered from overuse. This sounds like a great opportunity to bring it back to the status it once was. Check it out.

3 days since i tore the bicep tendon: no pain i can curl 20lbs (maybe more but not pushing it) i have full range of movement i climbed on my home wall no problem My doc said keep climbing and no surgery.
