Climbing with my significant other has always been very rewarding...however there are those times high up in the mtns where she decides to freak out for no apparent reason.....then at that point we are kinda just....F***ed. :roll:

i'd do the #4 for $60, it retails for $100. when you look at the stop screw, is there any visible bend in the tube metal and/or is the screw perpendicular to the tube? i've noticed on the last 4 i picked up in stores, they've been dry fired and the stop screw has been bent a tad. also, i'd buy a #5...

interesting....I guess I always tend to think linearly about physics in Force =force terms, but we do have to keep the properties of the mass that produces the force in mind as well. Good point smurf.

Very interesting wasn't it? I mean the knot thing I knew...but it makes me wonder about the PAS I have used. The slack thing I also knew...but still.
