My body is something like mosquito cheesecake. They love to eat me. Currently if I spend more than 5 min outside, I will be bitten. When wearing 100% DEET, my bites are reduced to one every half hour. With that in mind, I LOVE Caladryl lotion, the clear kind is the best. It makes the itch and the bi...

His books are ridiculous, thus funny, apocalyptic and political in nature. Plus, he's always making fun of the Hoosiers. I dig that in ...

I don't know how to sew either. I have girl friends that are into that. In exchange, I open their jars.

I will learn how to sew if Meadows climbs in a girl scout uniform. I'll even order her a brand new one since she gave hers to Fergie. Tragic.

Hummus definitely does not have eggplant, just garbanzo beans or chick peas whatever you like to call them. Babaghanoush is like hummus with eggplant added. Rather tasty.

PS- that SCIN guy sounds like a wuss. RRO must be a really patient partner.

Just fly to Canada first. There was a write up about all of the outdoor activities in Cuba recently in National Geographic Adventure and different websites for travel agencies in Canada that can arrange travel plans to Cuba for Americans.

I think the vegemite on toast cure sounds the best (Gross). Tried and true hangover cure...waffle house (greasy carbs with coffee). Carbs to soak up the alcohol, grease to coat your stomach and coffee to kill the headache. There is a chance you may throw up after consuming all of this food, but that...

The pull buoys Josephine mentioned also act as floats. If you are having problems with balance or keeping your body high in the water, the buoys are great! They'll also give you an oblique workout that you will never forget!

36-38 is really low. I saw this woman on discovery that was a deep water diver. You know where they don't take oxygen with them and she said when she gets to the depth where she turns around her hr is at like 15. Meadows, you might be able to make millions on Discovery and swim with the fishies and ...
