Amazing how six years can age a person (meaning me). That was a fun day! I miss those times for sure!

Re: Name Your Fav
The Offering...because I can actually lead it, but mostly because of all the funny stuff that has happened while I was leading it.....locking my anchor beaner shut, lead fall, dueling hangovers, "That's just a beaner!" Too fun!

Show up next Saturday and help out with Muir Valley Trail Day. You should be able to hook up with lots of great climbers there and get some good food, and fun to boot!

Re: Home for Ella
My sister found this little stray running down a busy highway. No one has claimed her. She's a sweetie and seems content to be an outside dog. We guess her to be about 6 months old. She has already learned to sit and gets along well with my sister's 4 little dogs (2 inherited when Amber died.) Duke ...

Re: for the runners
Oh, I was just referring to myself being a 5k runner. I plan to add some distance in the future. Still, I love to run, so I'll take what I can accomplish for now and build on it as I can!

Egg, that's good. Lots of protein is important for long endurance exercise! One thing very few people realize is that endurance athletes require more protein intake than power lifters and body builders. Yes, and being a vegetarian alergic to dairy makes that fun to accomplish. Of course, some folk ...

 14 miles / hour = 14 miles / 60 minutes = 1 mile / 4.28 minutes. Yeah, I caught that just after I wrote it, but then I realized it doesn't matter, since I'm not doing either pace for more than 100 meters or so. Yeah, I caught it too, and I was going to say something, but I had too much egg ...
