Um... seeing as how the last person that was killed at the red died from a HEAD INJURY (the computer just yelled back at me for typing in all caps~how cute?) I should think that by now it should be caveat emptor... it's like clipping old pitons at seneca- maybe they don't hold and that's fine, but i...

Partner for next weekend... 1st weekend in march.

Hey there,
Looking to go climbing next weekend. I'm an Ohioatian, stuck in columbus. Can lead 5.8ish trad, and 5.11a sport climbs on a really good day. I'm just wanting to get in a quick "leroy smith trip" and Motivize myself to climb more and get out of my winter rut. So... Anybody interested?

I think that between a few peeps things could be arranged. I'm definitely in if others want to make this happen.

Ever consider coming back to the red during oh, I don't know, rocktoberfest or sometime to do a sweet asssssss slide show of all the old school throwdowns?
Just wondering, because it would be awesome!

Yeah pimps got a bad name becuz they don't consider others, and they steal your money, and beat you up in front of their hookers... They are bold and sometimes meth-strong. Not that I'd know or anything.

Coming from somebody who has already bolted Roadside Attraction, and free soloed Hidden Dragon naked, I say bolt it on rappel. Make sure there is enough space to z clip at all the cruxes, and leave like five holes unfilled while attempting to decide where to place the "just out of reach" anchors. I ...

To further simplify- Bottom managed site top roping= sling shot "aka" most gym tr setups. Top managed site TR= belayer at top (like most multipitch belays) belaying and lowering climbers example: I used the top managed site when I went ice climbing and couldn't start at the bottom because the ice di...
