there is one (1) perma draw on The Mule above the roof....i assume who ever put it there , put it there for cleaning...if i had a wrench with me i wouldve taken it down.....but i didnt.... If its in a low visibility spot (or at least not some bright shinny color) and making the route safer, should ...

The only big issue with spending money on toilets is you now have the recurring cost of maintaining them.
