South Face, Looking Glass......Rats Ass (5.8) ...Second Coming (5.7)

As close to Yosemite as your gonna find in the South.

And there are some boulder problems along the trail from the road.

I have used the small TCUs for years and love them. Last year I bought a couple ot the BDs, and like them just as much. But I totally agree that the TCUs rule in N.C. The smaller heads work great in those little horizontal pockets.

How many times are you gonna beat this dead horse!!! If you want to be a help then quit asking the same questions over and over, and stay off the Murray prop. till all the issues are worked out. If you want to be a problem, keep on doing what your doing, and make it harder for the RRGCC to get the le...

Thanks Shannon, for the info and your work.

I hope EVERYONE will wait till everything is worked out, and we can all enjoy the S/R. The tone of the letter should tell all , that the best thing to do is wait this out. Any other actions might make things harder for the RRGCC to resolve the issues.

Joe..If you use the past as an example of how long things might take to get straight in the S/R, It could be 6 months to a year. No one can give you a difinitive date, so quit asking and do the best thing for all climbers and climb elsewhere. I know you have not gone to every crag listed in the guid...

Just because the RRGCC closes on the land, nothing changes in the short term. The policy was, and still is voluntary avoidence of all crags on the Murray property. Reread Shannon's post and please help by not causing more trouble. http://redriverclimbing.com/viewtopic.php?t=2050&postdays=0&postorder...

I would like to spray to all, about Meadows send of Another Doug Reed Route.

She sent it like a pro, and it was her first 5.11

I know some think it may be light for the grade, but I think it's solid 11.

Kudos Girl, Way to go!!
