Sorry Pig, The cliffs, "White Rocks" are in VA. not Tn....Allthough the overlook might be in KY.
The Park does contain areas from all three states.

Back in the 90s ,I went to find it. I found the farm and the owners were very nice and allowed me to hike out the ridge. They gave me some vague directions. I spent a nice afternoon bushwacking and never found it. The leaves were on the trees so it wasn't the best time to look. I would love to go ba...

You can get down from Jungle Beat using two, single (50 or 60m) Raps. If you choose the right spot. Which is a huge tree (2.5 ft. dia.) with webbing, cable, and ropes on it.
