Kipp,

Have you read Sport Climbing+ by Adrian Berry and Steve McClure?

htttp://www.rockfax.com/publications/books/item.php?id=129

It provides a really simple definition and training regime for PE. I'll PDF and send you the relevant page.

I have several really good stone holds, You'll find drilling the hole "separates the men from the boys". Just be careful, not to over tighten it when you bolt it to the wall.

Rick, I asked the BMC (British Mountaineering Council) for their opinion on the stainless glue-in staples I recently suggested. Below is their reply. "Hi Peter, Thanks for your email, and for the attached document. I've just started work here at the BMC, and one of the first projects I'm involved wi...

I started climbing in S. Wales about 15 years ago. One of the local activists, a prolific new router of the day, started using homemade marine-grade stainless steel staples. S. Wales has both sandstone and limestone climbing crags. I recall him using 1/4" marine-grade stainless rod cut to length and...

I am glad I am not the only one who needed beta for the move. I'll give it another try!

Thanks for the quick response,
