A Yasi thread! A long time ago she asked me to show her how to build trad anchors. imediatly she was ticking off routes at my limit. I suspect shes ticking off 13's by now. Seneca is awesome! I saw a few familiar faces and places. The season there starts around April. They kick it off with a dinner/ movie type gathering that is always a good time.

climbing seems to promote the "crunchies" I haven't climbed in a while and was suprised I didn't hear any yesterday doing pushups. It use to sound like a bowl of rice crispies in both shoulders.

So what besides stretching and exercise is good for repairing muscles that have seen repeated strains? What would a PT recomend adding to diet? I don't know about the protien /honey thing. I get plenty of both. I'm no athlete though.
