Special thanks to Josephine for taking copious meeting notes that will be made available to anyone interested. The general feeling was the meeting, and what came out of it, was a good step in th...

Re: PDs at Lode

It has been said that one solution does not necessarily fit all situations, with which I agree. Perhaps a decision making process adaptable to different situations using consistent (agreed to) standards might yield useful guidelines. Re: Breakins 2011

I can confirm the time for the Drive By parking lot was between 9 am and 11 am this morning. There was a silver-colored Neon car with a rear air spoiler, or similar type vehicle, seen in the area immediately following the breaking in.

The maps are in the final stages of being made publicly available as a mini-guide to Sore Heel Hollow, along with a complete listing of all routes info, very soon. The maps you saw were completed a few weeks ago after Johnny and Alex Crag Day so as to include all the new routes bolted (and a few mor...

To answer Sandy’s question regarding, “why weren't volunteers solicited to help with the work being done in the SR?” The decision to “open” the Pendergrass-Murray Recreartional Preserve, when, how, in what order, on what day, has been, and still is, an extremely delicate decision based not upon volu...
