best resoler I've seen is Rock and Resole out of Boulder. Professional, super quick turn around, and really good people. Never heard of Prodeal resoles.
I actually was going to suggest the DMM revolver. Good first bolt biner, if you carry one, just pop it on. Definitely distributes the wear of a first bolt draw much more evenly.
The way a lot of people have done it in Rifle is to 'adopt' a route that they want to see fixed. The draws run about 12-15 a piece, so the longer routes in the madness would take some serious dough...could always go in with someone else. Rifle has a "fixed draw fund" where you can purchase x-amount of draws and either specify which route you'd like to see them on or just donate them to the area and where ever they go, they go. Having climbed on them quite a lot out there, I can say they are a far cry better than old dry-rotted sling...
