Dude, that's the Pattonius Fungus! It attacks and consumes the natural tissue of your feet from the inside out to ensure its survival. When it reaches the surface, your feet will look like the General's and there IS NO CURE!

What I hate is when you don't wipe your ass good enough and it starts itching so badly that you have to go to the doctor. The REALLY funny part is after he looks at it and tells you that you have been smearing shit up your back for years and have a nice little growth back there! Ain't that funny as ...

Hugh...or someone...please explain why placing your free hand on your arm imcreases your abiliity to do a one-arm pullup. I understand that placing your hand on your bicep is kind of like using a bench press shirt to press heavier weight, but why is there such a giant difference in placing your hand...

Yeah, I can see that, but it may be best to start with DB's and get used to the wobble board so I don't end up in traction. So you actually balance on a wobble board and do one-legged squats with a barbell....do you juggle with your off foot while doing this? :D Sounds pretty damn tough for sure, bu...

Yeah, I understand the principle of building your stabilizers and overall body stability, but jeez isn't throwing weight up on your shoulders while on a wobble board a bit, uh, dangerous? I could maybe see using dumbells, but barbells? As for the 90 degree rock face at a 1000 feet, I doubt I will be...

[quote="OB Juan" Another excellent exercise is to perform doulble leg and single leg squats on a wobble board with a moderate amount of weight on a barbell. You'd be suprised how much you'll gain in balance and controlled power.[/quote] Dude, are you shittin' me? That is crazy sounding. It may work,...

I use a twin inflatable on top of the folded down seats and it is GREAT! That said, I have slept in the seats without the mattress too and they do ok. I absolutely love my Elephant and most everyone who has rode in it with me has agreed that it is pretty killer. It's hard to believe that there is a ...

I always order the "Rest Area Special"....a jar of pickled jalapenos mixed with onions in a bowl of All-Bran with whole milk and a side order of a gallon of coffee. It's called the "Rest Area Special" because that's where you will be spending the rest of the day after eating it. :D Just kidding. I l...
