got a friend (non-climber) selling a spool of Sterling 7/16 super static rope 600 ft/ 183m. He wants 175$. It also comes with 10 new biners. He says it looks new. I know some of you developers will jug up anything. If interested shoot me a Pm and ill send you his contact info

I have been hearing a lot of crap about out of towners and city folk being the ruination of RRG. I am from OH. It typically is the foot that turns in more that tends to be more susceptible to rolling as it tends to stay supinated longer and this is a position of ankle instability. This is what ive thought as well. Which led me to believe the right foot pointing outward had to be a result of consistent injur...

Thanks alot! Ive always warmed up prior to exercise to include joint rotations, but it seems im gonna have to take a more focused approach in care to sustaining this ankle. Hell yeah, another roadside thread! Put me down for a BJ for access! In all seriousness though, roadside was good like 5 years ago if that. Im kind of bummed that i never got to climb roadside attraction, but there is far more crags to take its place as far as the easy slab climbs and good jug hauls...

"so ive been told" a large percentage of copperhead bites to humans are "dry bites" as they are simply striking in defense vs wrapping up on a field mouse for dinner where venom is needed. But I would definitly haul ass to the ER if i was bit by a copperhead.
