Yeah that place is a shithole, all the people there have birth defects due to the Ohio River being so polluted.
Yeah, all those poor people who grew up super short and, to top it all off, have small ape indexes.

If these are the standards by which we avoid climbing partners, I would avoid whoneedsfeet like the plague.

Re: Need Help

This is convenient. I am trying to start an outdoor club at Transy, and we've been trying to think of good events to start off with. What kind of educational information would you be giving out?

I can understand removing rock that is obviously dangerous, but that guy was going to town on that rock in a way that doesn't look like he's removing choss.

Re: Lower Back Pain

It wasn't a book, it was more of a packet that he got from his physical therapist way back in the 90's. In any case, it worked for me. I've never done p90x, so I'm not sure where your imbalance may lie. However, when my back was giving me problems in and outs killed for me too. Once I started stretc...

Re: Lower Back Pain

I had the same problem over the summer, lifting boxes for the evil corporation known as GFS. My dad used to have really bad lower back pain and he gave me a booklet that showed me what to do. Essentially it says that lower back pain can be caused by an imbalance of core strength to back strength. Si...

Re: Should I buy both new guidebooks?

In my opinion, you should go buy some trad gear, learn how to place, and then buy the guidebook for the Northern region.

Or you could save oodles of money and stick to be sport, and buy the guidebook for the Southern Region.
