We put a cairn there last April. Guess someone decided it wasn't necessary.

95 degrees with 95% humidity does pose thermoregulatory risks, just not what you guys are thinking of. Poor kids could suffer heat stroke when they sneak off for a quickie in the woods.

Re: ACCESS TO ROADSIDE - closed unttil further notice

Was there yesterday. Only noise was traffic. Was a beautiful day. Way better than Oil Crack, Arena, and Pocket Wall. It's right by the road and everyone thinks you're at the Zoo. Have had permas on Wild Gift for ages and no one has said a word. Apparently I should make a disclaimer that this was sat...

Re: OK?

Who climbs with a crowbar? Things loosen up years after the developer has moved on. Try to remove it, if not possible, x it and move on. If you're super nice, return with a crowbar on next trip to said crag.

Re: Pre-order the Red River Gorge 4th Edition

Way off. 2 before Hackworth. 3 for Hackworth. 2 for Johnny. 1 for Porter. 1 Bouldering pamphlet. 4 for Ray. If a new version is not appropriate for you for the amount you climb or the areas you climb at, just keep one of your older additions. I would rather have an updated book and/or app than tons ...

His god smote him for liking pork and white women. As long as he gives those up, he will most likely have a long and fruitful climbing career.
