Status = delicious!!!! Nice atmosphere, and while the menu is currently limited, what they have is awesome. The tacos were fantastic and the burgers were made from local, organic beef.

Go getcha some.

Was there last night with Meadows along with a slew of other people. It was great! I'll definitely be back for more!

I had a burrito this evening after a great hike around the state park. Totally amazing! It tasted so good I wanted to smack my grandmother in the mouth!
Some things are worth the wait. Atmosphere was great, service was outstanding. We hadn't been seated 3 minutes and the food was brought out with smiles galore. ***** Five Stars!

lunch prices on food. median price on a pint is about $4. in a word: affordable.

Thanks all! It was really nice to meet all of you, if only briefly do to the chaos of opening a rig like this. One minor correction is that our beef is not organic, but rather Devon beef (a pre-feedlot breed) that is pasture raised and entirely grass fed, here in Winchester by a family of four. So while not organic, it's not just by stamp; all grass, no antibiotics, no steroids, no added hormones, no soy, and no corn. And I know the farm and they rotate the animals by horse herding every couple weeks to prevent overgrazing of any one pasture, ensuring that a diversity of grass continues to grow and there is no need to plant non native grasses. The pork is also pasture raised in Paris, KY and the chicken is Amish raised in Indiana and is the same stuff that Whole Foods uses. Sorry for the fact onslaught, but I'm really proud of what we are trying to do. It takes me a whole lot of running around to get all of our products and you can guess at the obvious price increase over a Tyson or comparable product from a superstore, but we know we are what we eat and want everyone to enjoy good food that is good for you (well as good for you as a burger and fries can be
