Roadside

Post by MarkM » Sun Aug 26, 2012 11:04 am

Who can I pay to get permission to climb Roadside? There has to be some way to get out there.

You can also buy it outright for around $200K. Rest assured this is only 5 to 10 times its market value!

Then after you buy it you can invite everyone down on an internet forumn and then - just for laughs, do all you can to establish a culture that frequently uses it. And then, here's the good part, get pissy and run everyone off that you invited because some of them are hippies with hammocks, and then try to get the Access Fund to give you a grant. Good times!

Well the owners might be a good place to start.

They won't sell it for $200k. Better offer more.

Hell yeah, another roadside thread! Put me down for a BJ for access! In all seriousness though, roadside was good like 5 years ago if that. Im kind of bummed that i never got to climb roadside attraction, but there is far more crags to take its place as far as the easy slab climbs and good jug hauls go(the approach was nice). 200k, HA! sit on it. I would rather see a Burger King sitting there than pay a 150$ a day for guided access.

I said I'd donate $100 to the RRGCC, and nobody posted in the MF thread after I said that

I'd love to run into the owners somewhere. I'd punch them in the balls for being assholes.

My name is Sam Douglass and I love to pose for photo shoots holding on to a jug with only one hand (and no feet!) with my best friend Ian.

Illegal guiding, DCC has no access to Roadside. I'm not sure if DCC even exists anymore.
