Do you love the outdoors?
Do you enjoy climbing and learning more about the technical, physical, and mental aspects of climbing?
Are you passionate about people?
Are you authentic, humble, & joyful?
Do you seek to cultivate an environment of growth and betterment?
Do you enjoy working flexible hours in which it is busy when it is busy and slow when it is slow?
Are you able to work most Saturdays between March & November?
Do you enjoy a variety of work such as teaching others about climbing, rescuing them if aid is needed, running a cash register, and maintaining a clean storefront?

If your answer is “yes”, you should consider joining the Southeast Mountain Guides Crew!

Above all, we believe in connecting with people. We achieve this by providing meaningful and engaging experiences in the realm of climbing. We strive to be professional servant leaders who are committed to personal growth and genuine connection with others.

We are hiring for the 2019 season, March 1st – December 1st in the Red River Gorge, KY! In short, we are offering part-time work with the potential for full-time; and the requirement to work just about every Saturday. Our work is fulfilling - we get to connect to families, groups, and individuals as we share our love for the outdoors (especially rock climbing). No prior experience is required for the position & all training is completed internally, however it is very beneficial to have climbing experience.
