University of Kentucky Rappel Gone Wrong

Post by Redpoint » Fri May 21, 2010 3:22 pm

You might have seen this "Rappelling in UK Library" video before:

But lets see what happens when a gumby tries to reenact it:
"University of Kentucky Rappel Gone Wrong"
"It is difficult to estimate the potential damage of solvents; therefore the middle of the rope should never be marked with a felt-tip pen or similar. Although a danger might be improbable, it should never be ignored." Mammut

I post pictures.

Run!
What I love about running is you can meditate while running. It's a peaceful place.

How in the hell did he get away? That is seriously the most half-assed security guard job I think I've ever seen. They just stand there once he finally starts coming down, then watch all kinds of surprised as he runs like hell.

NEWS FLASH!!! People who are breaking the law usually don't want to get arrested!!!

Bummer the second one got pulled. The funny thing about the first one was the rap glove....
You see, he knew his own laws just as other people so often know the laws: by words, not by effects. They take a meaning, and get to be very vivid, when you come to apply them to yourself.
