Tired of seeing the same people end up volunteering the whole weekend to fill holes. Come on people, we need more volunteers. You can only bullshit with the vendors and your friends so long. No one should have to work more than one shift unless they just want to in order to help the RRGCC.

would there be a chance for a volunteer to get access to Torrent that weekend due to the burden of driving long distances two consecutive weekends? (beyond the catch limit or cabin costs. weak, i know)
training is for people who care, i have a job.

Torrent is hosting a climbing clinic for Paradox sports on Saturday and several different climbing clinics on Sunday. Volunteers will be invited to climb at Torrent on a volunteer day on one of the following weekends in October. You might want to consider climbing at the Zoo. I hear Pigsteak has added some lovely new routes. Global Village and Emerald City would also be a good place to climb if you'd like to volunteer. :-)

I'm not signed up to volunteer, but if Spencer and his mob are doing water balloons, I'll be there again to tie up little knots until my fingers freeze over in the cold tub of water. By now we should have perfected our methods to crunch out 8 or 10 balloons a minute I'd think.
