Notice to Tradies

Postby Bruisebrother » Mon Jun 03, 2013 3:13 pm

My climbing partner and I have found fixed anchors that create a dangerous situation. They being old Manky gear, gear in bad rock and webbing on dead/dying trees and rhodo. Replacing anchors on established routes as a safety concern is not in violation of the current ban on bolting in the DBNF. If you are out there and come across a problem PM me. Thank you.

Once I get back in Aug., I would like to spend the day replacing some stuff at Fortress... If anyone is interested we can plan something...

Sweet! If we get enough people we can divide up the crews too... lots of routes in DBNF are long overdue.

It would be awesome to spend a day or a weekend showing some love to some good old trad routes!
