Favorite 13a in the gorge
Re: Favorite 13a in the gorge
i'm with dustin on snooker. great rock, good position. it maybe doesn't have the most memorable movement, but nothing compared to the boring crimp ladder that is golden boy that everyone raves about. and babe is definitely on par with these great 13a's if that horizontal is dry.

I am not saying snooker is the best, but a good standard for 13a quality. I do think Babe is really good, but it does have a wet jug, and a boringish last 30 feet. Beer Belly? Zendebad? The force? Paradise Lost? Bundle of Joy?
Name dropper is definitely good.

Appalachian Spring is pretty much perfect rock too and a bit longer.
Re: Favorite 13a in the gorge
I def want to get on Bundle of Joy too. Also, Gene Wilder is pretty rad, 12d or 13a with a reachy little crux.

I forgot about Appalachian. That one could take the cake. Stands pretty much alone, tall, beautiful, and great consistent-ish climbing.

snooker is the easiest 13a should still be 12d in my book!
