Speakers for Sale

Post by absolutsugarsmurf » Wed May 21, 2008 11:02 am

I am selling my Black JBL Studio Series II Home Theater for $1200 OBO due to an upcoming move.

The set retails for $2250.00 and includes:
1 S-center II (MSRP $300) 3-way center channel speaker

2 S-312 II (MSRP $499 Ea.) 3-way floor standing speaker

2 S-38 II (MSRP $599 pair) 3-way bookshelf speakers

1 PB10 Active Subwoofer (MSRP $350)

The set is approximately four years old, and has seen minimal use. The bookshelf speakers show the most wear of the set, though this is slight. One has a small millimeter size white line of paint from a previous move. Anyone interested is welcome to view/listen before purchasing. I live in Louisville. PM if interested.

I'm not sure why the links appear on the homepage but not in the forum post. If you can't see them, you can copy and paste these links, in order.

Are you planning on upgrading when you get to your new destination?

Moving to Raleigh NC. Kind of a step down in terms of having a home crag, but I'll be a lot closer to more crags, so it looks like a lateral move.

I'll proabably go with a home theater in a box until I buy a house. Those speakers are really meant as furniture, and to be properly utilized you really have to invest some time in wiring and audio balance. Until I can justify that, I'm going to stay with easily portable electronics.
