Yoga Food Retreat
How you compare may not be as important as to whom you are compared
Re: Yoga Food Retreat
I attended the retreat. The food was amazing. The yoga was valuable as I learned some new technique. There was also thai massage instruction. True North was a great place for the retreat. The best part was spending time with some friends and making new connections in such a beautiful setting.

Re: Yoga Food Retreat
Yes, I did meet your wife. It was a great weekend meeting some new people and seeing old friends too. So much to learn and the yoga was challenging. Glad your wife was able to attend and see True North too.
