Yoga Food Retreat

Post by krampus » Fri Feb 25, 2011 11:25 am

Just thought I would pass this along

For those interested in yoga and well crafted foods, with some time to climb at the red mixed in, check out this yoga and cullinary retreat happening at True North in a few weeks. You might recognize the amazingly talented Yoga instructor, Allison Kemphaus, from arround the red and the cullinarry lessons will be given by Lauren McGrath, a fantastic up and comming organic and vegan food chef.

Check it out at

I attended the retreat. The food was amazing. The yoga was valuable as I learned some new technique. There was also thai massage instruction. True North was a great place for the retreat. The best part was spending time with some friends and making new connections in such a beautiful setting. :D

Yes, I did meet your wife. It was a great weekend meeting some new people and seeing old friends too. So much to learn and the yoga was challenging. Glad your wife was able to attend and see True North too.
